INTERNAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Account Manager
REPORTING TO: Lead Account Manager

Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Lead Account Manager the Internal Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing their designated
set of accounts and quoting a high volume of sales enquiries. Working a fast-paced environment Internal Sales Account
Manager will ensure that their targets are achieved for turnover, profit, quotes, and conversion whilst maintaining an
accurate level of work.

Key qualities/Daily tasks
• Producing quotes and processing sales orders
• Building and maintain customer relationships
• Reading technical drawings and nesting
• Managing workload
• Manage customer expectations
• Chase all quotes and record feedback in MIE database
• Adhere to company HSE requirements
• Adhere to 5s principles and expectations
• Achieve and maintain the minimum target of 8 quotes a day
• Work to the target quote response time of less than 4 hours.

Salary band – competitive and dependant on experience
